Points

WebinarJam is aimed at marketers and sellers of information products who use webinars as a sales channel. With up to 5,000 participants and sales-oriented features such as pop-up offers and countdown timers, the platform is clearly positioned in the marketing segment. Our 100-point rating shows whether the substance is there.

Highlights of our WebinarJam review

  • WebinarJam scores 68/100 points in our rating – a sales specialist.
  • Up to 5,000 participants on the Enterprise plan ($379/month annual).
  • The panic button immediately creates a new room if problems occur.
  • Pop-up offers and countdown timers for conversion.

1 Webinar features & sales

21/32
Points
WebinarJam focuses on selling: pop-up offers, countdown timers, "Buy Now" buttons and offer walls can be displayed on a timer during the webinar. The replay function automatically sends recordings to no-shows. The panic button is unique: if there are technical problems, a new room is created immediately and all participants are redirected automatically. Live chat, polls and the ability to bring participants onto the "stage" are included. However: the landing pages are functional, but not modern. Marketing automation is limited to email and SMS. Automated webinars run via the sister product EverWebinar, which according to the provider is included at no extra charge on the Basic, Professional and Enterprise plans – not on Starter. Scoring (21/32): Strong sales features, but weak landing pages; automated webinars only from Basic.

2 Streaming quality & technology

12/18
Points
WebinarJam uses a hybrid technology: streaming is browser-based, but quality varies. With high numbers of participants there are reports of delays and loss of quality. HD video is available, but not always stable. Up to 5,000 participants are possible on the Enterprise plan (Starter: 100, Basic: 500, Professional: 2,000). Screen sharing and presentations work, but can stutter with large files. Scoring (12/18): High participant capacity, but streaming stability is a weak point.

3 Data protection & GDPR

7/16
Points
WebinarJam is registered in Panama – outside the EU and also outside US jurisdiction. A data processing agreement is available, but the GDPR documentation is less detailed than at EU providers. You should ask the provider where registration data and recordings are stored before use. For privacy-conscious German companies, WebinarJam is the weakest option in the comparison. Scoring (7/16): Weakest GDPR position in the comparison: registered office outside the EU, no stated EU data hosting.

4 Integrations & usability

14/20
Points
WebinarJam integrates with ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Infusionsoft, Zapier and other marketing tools. The API is available, but the documentation could be better. The dashboard looks dated and cluttered. Setting up a webinar takes 15-20 minutes – longer than at most competitors. Navigation is not intuitive, and functions are hidden in nested menus. Scoring (14/20): Good marketing integrations, but a dated and cluttered interface.

5 Prices & plans

14/14
Points
WebinarJam offers no free plan and bills in US dollars; monthly and annual payment are possible (as of October 2026, according to webinarjam.com, annual/monthly): Starter $39/49 a month (100 participants, 1 host, max. 1 hour), Basic $79/99 (500 participants, 2 hosts, 2 hours), Professional $229/299 (2,000 participants, 4 hosts, 3 hours) and Enterprise $379/499 (5,000 participants, 6 hosts, 4 hours). A trial costs $1 for 14 days, and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. EverWebinar for automated webinars is included at no extra charge from Basic. The exchange rate and possible credit card fees come on top. Scoring (14/14): Fair base prices, cancellable monthly, EverWebinar included from Basic.

Conclusion: WebinarJam review

68/100
Good (2.6)
