Our mission

Most people pay too much – for their bank account, their insurance, their electricity or their next subscription. Not out of carelessness, but because comparisons are often confusing, promotional or simply out of date.

Kosten.org was founded to change exactly that. We bring prices, fees and features together in one place, rate them against traceable criteria and explain clearly what really matters. Our goal: you make a good decision in a few minutes – and save real money.

How we compare

For every comparison, we first define the criteria that matter most to users – such as costs, features, flexibility and service. We then gather the providers' current terms, cross-check them against independent sources and put them into context. We do not test products ourselves; we rate providers objectively based on published terms and service specifications.

How we are funded

Kosten.org is free for you. We are funded by affiliate commissions: if you take out a product via one of our links, we may receive a fee from the provider. This costs you nothing extra.

Important: these commissions do not influence our ratings. We transparently mark affiliate links with an asterisk (*). Our ranking depends solely on the terms – not on the size of the fee.
