66/100
Points

LiveWebinar is the branding specialist among webinar tools: the Polish provider offers a branding tool and, on the Enterprise plan, full white-label – from logo and colours to your own domain. In our 100-point rating we check whether LiveWebinar convinces as a full webinar tool beyond its branding features.

Highlights of our LiveWebinar review

  • LiveWebinar scores 66/100 points in our rating – a branding specialist.
  • White-label with own domain on the Enterprise plan.
  • Basic from €24/month (annual) for 25 participants.
  • Free plan available (5 participants, 30 minutes).

1 Webinar features & branding

19/32
Points
LiveWebinar scores on branding: the branding tool lets you customise logo and colours; a full white-label solution under your own domain is available on the individually priced Enterprise plan. That is interesting for agencies and companies that do not want the webinar tool to be recognisable as third-party. The basic functions are there: registration pages, polls, tests, chat, Q&A, whiteboard, screen sharing and recording. Social media broadcasting to YouTube and Facebook is built in, and evergreen webinars are possible. Many features, however, are paid add-ons. Advanced marketing features such as engagement scores are missing. The landing pages are functional, but basic in design. Scoring (19/32): Strong branding, but a limited range of marketing features. Solid basic functions.

2 Streaming quality & technology

13/18
Points
LiveWebinar runs entirely in the browser (WebRTC). Video quality is decent, with HD available. Up to 1,000 participants are supported. Performance is stable, though users occasionally report delays with higher numbers of participants. Recording quality is sufficient. Scoring (13/18): Solid browser-based performance. Deductions for occasional stability problems.

3 Data protection & GDPR

14/16
Points
As a Polish company, LiveWebinar is subject to the EU GDPR. You should conclude a data processing agreement and ask where registration data and recordings are stored. An obvious option for companies in the DACH region. Scoring (14/16): Good GDPR starting position thanks to the EU registered office.

4 Integrations & usability

10/20
Points
LiveWebinar offers integrations with Moodle, Zapier, Mailchimp and a few other tools. The API is available. The variety of integrations is the smallest in the comparison, and support only replies in English. The user interface is functional, but less polished than at the top providers. Navigation could be more intuitive. Set-up takes 10-15 minutes. Scoring (10/20): Limited integrations and an interface with room for improvement. Branding features are well implemented.

5 Prices & plans

10/14
Points
LiveWebinar offers a free plan with 5 participants and 30 minutes – very limited, but enough to try out. The Basic plan costs €24.00 a month with annual payment and includes 25 participants (as of October 2026, according to livewebinar.com); larger rooms of up to 1,000 participants and many features cost extra. White-label is only available on the Enterprise plan on request. Whether the prices are net or gross is not stated on the pricing page. Entry is cheap, but add-ons can raise the final price considerably. Scoring (10/14): Cheap entry, but many paid add-ons. The free plan is too limited for real use.

Pros & cons at a glance

Conclusion: LiveWebinar review

66/100
Good (2.7)
