In our 100-point rating we look at who the platform is worthwhile for – prices are available on request only.

Highlights of our BigMarker review

  • BigMarker scores 72/100 points in our rating – an enterprise solution.
  • Enterprise+ up to 500,000 live participants according to the provider – the largest capacity in the comparison.
  • Live, on-demand, simulive, evergreen and hybrid events.
  • No public prices, quote on request.

1 Webinar features & formats

26/32
Points
BigMarker offers the greatest variety of webinar formats: live, automated, on-demand, hybrid, Q&A sessions, panel discussions, workshops and virtual conferences. Enterprise allows up to 10,000 and, according to the provider, Enterprise+ up to 500,000 live participants – more than any other provider in the comparison. The registration pages are customisable and email automation is available. The ability to embed webinars as a widget on your own website is unique. White-label events allow complete branding. For smaller webinars BigMarker is oversized – its strengths lie in large-scale events with hundreds or thousands of participants. Scoring (26/32): Greatest variety of formats and highest participant capacity. Deductions because smaller webinars can be run more efficiently with other tools.

2 Streaming quality & technology

16/18
Points
BigMarker is browser-based and supports HD streaming for large numbers of participants (Basic up to 1,000, Enterprise up to 10,000). The infrastructure is optimised for large events – stability with high numbers of participants is good. Screen sharing, presentations and breakout rooms are available. Multi-speaker panels work reliably. Scoring (16/18): Strong performance at large events. Browser-based with no download requirement.

3 Data protection & GDPR

10/16
Points
BigMarker is a US company. A data processing agreement is available and GDPR compliance is communicated. Before use, check certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and where registration data and recordings are stored. For European enterprise customers, privacy details can be clarified in the individual quote. Scoring (10/16): Basic GDPR compliance, but a US provider with no stated EU data hosting.

4 Integrations & usability

12/20
Points
From the Enterprise plan, BigMarker offers API access and a Zapier integration, as well as connections to enterprise tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Marketo. The API allows deep custom integrations. The user interface is functional and designed for enterprise users. The learning curve is steeper than with simpler tools. Setting up large events requires planning. Reporting is comprehensive: event analytics, engagement tracking, ROI calculation and custom reports. Scoring (12/20): Strong API and enterprise integrations. Steeper learning curve than consumer tools.

5 Prices & plans

8/14
Points
BigMarker offers no free plan and publishes no prices (as of October 2026, according to bigmarker.com): all plans – Basic (1 host, up to 1,000 participants), Enterprise (up to 10,000) and Enterprise+ (up to 500,000 live participants) – are only available by quote ("Request a Quote"). For a price comparison you therefore have to obtain an individual quote. For large events with thousands of participants it can be worth it; for standard webinars the effort is usually too high. Scoring (8/14): No price transparency, no free plan. Justified only for large events.
