KG, based in Nuremberg, represented by the general partner financeDigital GmbH. financeAds was founded in 2006 and runs one of the largest affiliate networks for financial products in the German-speaking world, along with numerous comparison calculators that are also embedded as white-label solutions on partner sites. The company holds a permit for loan brokerage under section 34c of the Trade Regulation Act (Gewerbeordnung), supervised by the Nuremberg municipal regulatory office, and is registered as an insurance intermediary under section 34d GewO; it has no BaFin banking licence. The actual loan contract is always concluded with the relevant partner bank, and there is no deposit protection (Einlagensicherung) because it takes no deposits.
